Emergency Operation Plan
PLEASE: Do Not Tamper with or Get Into any of the Water Meters within the city limits of the City of Halfway at any point. Any replacement or repair of meters that have been tampered with by any-one other than City of Halfway Public Works, will be charged to property owners where meter is located. You can put a shut off for water on the line anywhere from the outside of the meter box to the building where the water service is located.
